What I believe is, if he didn't possess/own a gun, he and Kasandra Perkins would both be alive today.

I believe the same thing and said as much to the wife shortly after this happened.

I'm not against private gun ownership but I don't own one and feel no need to have one around the house.

So, what your saying is that basically, her death was an accident? He emptied a clip into her just to scare her a bit, but, she accidentally died.
