Love the Gary Andersen hire. He's probably definitely a better coach than Bielema. And he'll have about 16 or 18 starters returning next year. The one guy Urban didn't want to see across the field.

No he didn't. He hit the facade in Yankee Stadium. The Big1G needed to get better at HC and i think this hire does that. Sure, there is the worry that he is Dirk Koetter, but I don't think that's the case. Assuming he can recruit, this is a great hire.
