A Song for the Road

Post by Jay in Phoenix »

So as to appease the Deciders and the powers that be, I will refrain from posting the You Tube video that accompanies this wretched little tune. Suffice it to say, the song is wimpy, poorly sung yet mercifully quick. However, listening to it felt like having hot molasses slowly poured over an open wound while ants crawl in. Consider its omission a gift.

With that in mind, I present our very own Kid Gashpille's song:
Shoes (The Traveling Slow Burn Blues)

His time’s half-assed, it’s slipped away,
and everything has gone astray.
And now here Dee stands, he said all there is to say,
to make a lover and a constant friend to someone faggy,
Dee deserves it in his end…
’cause these are the shoes
that Dee’s been posting in…
these are the shoes,
that are in his rear end.

But all the posts ahead won’t help his ass to mend,
‘though Dee made a promise, he can never see it through,
that he will ever stop hurling his tardling views.
He wanted your love badly, wanted to stay…
but something bigger happened, it stood in his way…
like Mace’s wrath and there’s a price he’ll pay.

‘Cause these are the shoes Dee keeps tripping in,
these are the shoes jammed in his rear end.

But you know someday he’ll feel pain again,
look in his eyes and when you do…
he’ll never doubt again, our utter hate so true.

This time DeeDee will come crawling in,
to beg forgiveness for things he can’t defend.
‘Cause these are the blues that he so wants to mend…
But those damn shoes are stuck in his rear end.

 Great job, Jay, but it looks like our little DeeTard has disappeared. I think Marty's Poptart reference in the thread may have "runned" him. Too bad 'cause he was such a playful little tard.

I told you people, but you wouldn't listen.

The 'tartening has begun...and it's having a chilling effect on all our freedoms.

First they came for poptart, but I wasn't a dog-eating, lunatic, expatriate Raider fan living in Korea...so I said nothing.

rock rock to the planet rock ... don't stop

 Yeah, well, they're heading to Canada next and we're not going to worry about it until they turn south.
