comet of the century?

This could be huge. I remember how disappointed I was in Halley's Comet back in 1986. I remembered my Grandfather telling me how spectacular it was in 1910, so I was really looking forward to it. This one better not be a dud. To quote Jack Horkheimer--Keep looking up.

We were driving across the desert from Vegas (where we lived at the time) to San Diego to visit the in-laws when we saw Hale-Bopp. Pulled off the highway on a side road and just stared for half an hour or so.

On a clear moonless night somewhere outside of Barstow it was one of the most spectacular, memorable sights in the century or so that I've been around.
