It is hard to believe that in a town such as Vegas with CCTV everywhere, they have no "real-time" leads on the person or persons driving the Range Rover.

A black Range Rover with dealer plates and custom wheels passed me on Hwy 101 near Thousand Oaks yesterday around noon. Definitely produced a double take, but there was only one person in the vehicle and he had grey or white hair. I considered calling 911 for the hell of it but thought better of that. It wasn't the sport model either, which I heard about later, but if I owned that ride I would think about leaving it in the garage for a few days.

Well, we know it wasn't Smackie Chan. He has silver hair. Gray and white is for old folks.
