As luck would have it, the Prime Minister's Office sent me a coupon book of 10 Canadian Citizenships.
It seems as though Immigration Canada is looking to attract immigrants with skills and education and they have a pilot program to give these "coupon books" to specially selected "goodwill ambassadors" ( I was one of the lucky ones).

No thanks. I have been to Hamilton, Winnipeg, Yellowknife, Abbotsford and Hongcouver among others. None of those are places I would want to return to. I have had a good time in Montreal and Toronto but one gets damn tired of all the French in the former.

US taxpayer property there, slim. Not worth it anyway as the average solar power is about .046% of what you get in local. No worries though as hydro quebec makes enough juice for all. I hear they sell their surplus to the A-rabs who are a little short on hydro-anything. This money pays for the free healthcare. You may want to put your paperwork in now though for the other hip, as you'll need to live to wolfie's age to get it.

I think the way they pull it off is they got a super tankers filled to the brim with double A batteries. One leaves St Johns, NB every wednesday, fully charged.
