Every now and then we get a perfect storm of overwhelming social media narcissism, Fatal Attraction, and a Kristen Wiig skit from SNL. And this one is so weirdly compelling and oddly entertaining as to make one wish it just wouldn't end. It's not just that she's a nymphomaniac, or that her pathological lying reflex is automatic, or that five years after the brutal murder she's still almost doable. It's more the universal feeling we the audience get as we all become the prosecutor--attempting to peel off the layers of utterly irritating denial and evasive caveats. Sort of like trying to pin down one of the Tea Baggers on economics or the environment. Great stuff

This circus that is America's favorite daytime television show, Guilty Pleasure, is finally moving into the final act. Martinez is enjoying his final summation with the bold hunger of a Ostrogoth chieftain. I mean he's really tearing into the defense. New a-holes all around, starting with Crazy Bitch and then the experts. The defense summation will be weird indeed.

Well, now the sad-sack defense attorney is doing his duty--by launching one more smear campaign against the victim. And this coming after the vivid and harrowing description by the prosecutor yesterday of just how the murder was committed. It could wrap up today. Bets on how long the jury takes to reach a guilty verdict? I'll say one hour.

Okay, it took a couple days, and now she's begging for death. I say no, her proper hell should be a long spell inside a box without any twitter, television, or even a mirror. We'll see
