When did George "the Animal" Steele start making survival ads?
A quick look at the town demographics says it was subsidising the county, so they cut that off and funded a bizarre computer traffic monitoring system for a population of about 90,000. They're choking the county and starving it of services.
I should head down with a suitcase of shiny beads, I'd make a fortune.
