Per USAToday 29 cities and 5 counties are ready to move forward with zoning laws to outlaw pot stores in their jurisdiction.

This would seem to push most pot sales out of the suburbs or high priced cities that don't need the revenue and push them to the blighted areas that could use it.

Maybe they will do the same with gay marriage.

Also, at least for now, they aren't required to sell any guns obtained during an organized "buy-back."
