A request to delete a thread

This thread was posted back in 2006. Apparently one of the members of one of the groups mentions was googling himself and didn't like what was written about him by a certain long lost lab rat. Lab Rat asked if I could scrub it. Obviously I can't. Rather than stand on 7 year old principle, I'm asking one of the mods to delete the thread.
TIA

I agree.
Any mention of that moaning vagina that is Lab Rat should be expunged from any and all forum posts.

What exactly was the problem and why did you feel the need to delete your posts? Not that it's a big deal, or anything.

The sax player for one of the bands is (rather weakly) threatening Lab Rat with legal retribution. He Googled posts about his band and saw that Mike had called him a "egotistical, pompadour-mulletted ego-hog." I guess he didn't like that. Mike doesn't remember his pw, or he would have done it himself. So here I am.

Your pussy friend AKA MTLR should have told him to go fuck himself.

Maybe MTLR should tell this guy to bugger off. Just the same, a six year old long forgotten thread is not worth the drama. Kill it, please.

You did. What further action is needed?

Just delete the whole thread. Or at least LabRat's post.

Fuck him. He hasn't posted here in forever and he's already wasting my time. What a douche.

I realize MTLR wasn't the sharpest tack in the bulletin board, but...
Since when is stating opinions, which are inarguably subjective, subject to "legal retribution"?
The only non-subjective part of it is A) his claim of the subjects choice of hairstyle, and B) his use of redundancies.
And I seriously doubt a claimant could prove damages were caused by being falsely accused of sporting a mullett.
So where's the problem?

Lab Rat was an idiot, but clearly his adversary is a money seeking Jew. Delete the thread, save Lab Rat.

Lab Rat and I had some spirited discussions, decent poster as far as I'm concerned. Why can't he retrieve his password?
Regardless, as a mod or admin, you delete the thread simply because Bri asked that it be done. Pretty simple, shouldn't need an explanation. Delete this one while at it.

I don't think it was too hard for one of his college classmates to crack that code.
