All kidding aside, Weis needs to go back to being an OC in the NFL. His work with QB's is very, very good.

I think Weis had a pretty heavy hand in helping develop Brady, who was drafted in the 6th round, into much of what we see today.

Could be, but Charlie has really sucked as a college HC. Throwing kids under the bus is as shitty a thing as I've ever seen him do, too.
He's fucking brutal as a head coach. He was at his best when the hoodie kept him on a short leash and didn't let him talk to the media.
