something of a personal interest for me is Graham DeLaet a Canuck that played for Boise State and now resides in Meridian Idaho, about 2 miles from where I live.....met him a couple of times when he was playing for Boise State and a really nice kid and great player....really glad to see him doing well, because he deserves it....he's playing the opening four ball match of the event with Jason Day, playing against Hunter Mahan and Brandt Snedeker.......good luck on that one, because Sneds is playing about as well as anyone in the world right now.....

Supposedly the Ryder Cup format (6 less matches) allows the furriners to hide some of their lesser lights, thus making for a closer competition.
