Stanford - Washington
Nice start.
Re: Stanford - Washington
Play action seems to be working for Washington.
But the holding penalty really bailed Stanford out.

Re: Stanford - Washington
Yet another team who let Uncle Phil dress them.

BTW -- I don't need to mention who I'm rooting for, right?

Re: Stanford - Washington
I know you love the Fuskies.
Re: Stanford - Washington
Really going to enjoy watching Sanders over the next couple of years.
Re: Stanford - Washington
My Fusky love is well documented.
I just wish we could have had them in Week 1, so we could open the new stadium like we closed the old one -- with an asskicking.

Agreed.
Was hoping he'd get in as a true frosh, but Taylor was pretty good.
Then again, if he was that super-rad, he would be there already. Fun to watch, regardless.

Re: Stanford - Washington
I think they're bringing him a long slowly and putting some weight on.
Re: Stanford - Washington
If next week UDub busts out helmets as nasty as the last 2 weeks, The Dinsinator is going to hop in his truck, drive to Seattle, and slap a bitch.

Re: Stanford - Washington
Not expecting to put up 55 tonight but I would love to see a major beat down put on Sankey, Price and S-j.
Re: Stanford - Washington
Mighty smashmouth game for a PAC12 tilt.
And if one is going to play smashmouth, Skov is a good guy to bring to the party.

He's already taken a couple of huge hits.
BTW, the flag on UDub on the block on the punt return was complete BS... couldn't have happened to a better team.

Re: Stanford - Washington
Agreed it was BS. Defense is looking pretty inept right now and the offense hasn't done shit. My confidence is suffering a little.Dinsdale wrote:Mikey wrote:I would love to see a major beat down put on Sankey

Re: Stanford - Washington
Threaded the fucking needle on that one.
Re: Stanford - Washington
I like Udub's chances in the 2nd half.

Re: Stanford - Washington
Haven't seen any pressure on the QB. At all.
Re: Stanford - Washington
FUCK!!!
Re: Stanford - Washington
Nice game by Washington. Stanford coaches almost fucked themselves out of a win with their idiotic "try not to lose" play calling. A good win against a worthy team but not looking like a top 5 team right now
Re: Stanford - Washington
While neither one can be taken lightly, I'm now not the slightest bit worried about either of these teams.
Stanford eked one out, at home against UDub. Watch what happens in Seattle next Saturday.

Re: Stanford - Washington
Watching a replay of that disputed "non-catch" - sure looks like a tough one to overrule - Stanny seems to get more of those than they give...Curious the typically inept officials hastily called timeout to review... ![Shocked ](./images/smilies/icon_eek.gif)

Re: Stanford - Washington
There was an earlier one that went the other way. Receiver came down on his forearm, elbow in bounds, hand and ball out. They called it a catch to keep a drive going. That also could have gone either way. The point is, those calls even out over time. If you think one team seems to get more or less than their fair share it's prolly because you want to see it that way.The Seer wrote:Watching a replay of that disputed "non-catch" - sure looks like a tough one to overrule - Stanny seems to get more of those than they give...Curious the typically inept officials hastily called timeout to review...
