Hoke is to blame as well. He coaches game days without a headset putting full faith in his coordinators....fuck that! Put on the old Bo/Mo/Lloyd era headset and tell your underlings what you want. I get that he lets his assistants call the plays and he doesn't want to meddle, but doesn't he at least want to know what's being called in? He's basically just a figurehead out there.
