Bad team, horrible division. That said...good game. :)

The Lions literally wanted to give that game away but they handled that final minute situation as good as you anyone could. The holding penalty ended up being a free timeout and gave them just enough time. Clever play by Stafford...caught them napping because he had me convinced that he was going to spike it.

RACK the Cowboy sideline melt. I was at a bar in downtown Grand Rapids watching and there were more Cowboys fans in attendance than Lions fans. No joke. Every single one of them was an obnoxious YaFJ type. Fuck those assclowns, and fuck the Cowboys. They are so god damn awful, the Lions can turn the ball over four times and still beat them.

That said, Matthew Stafford fucking blows. I argued to my buddies that he is not a top 10 quarterback. Everybody thought I was full of shit until I put pen on paper and listed the 10 quarterbacks better than Stafford. Nobody disagreed at that point. They can and should do better. My theory is you need to draft a total nerd. A guy like Luck who just eats, breathes and sleeps football. Stafford has talent but he's a total party it up "bro." All he cares about is banging hot sluts, and I can't really blame him, but as a fan, I want a football savant at QB. I don't think Stafford is dedicated to becoming great.

Plus he looks like a fully functioning retard.

We were at a sports bar a few weeks back when the Cowboys played the Chargers. There was 1 cowboy fan in the place and he was theeee most obnoxious person in the place. It's always a boyz or a San Fagcisco fan that manages to ruin a fun time being a douchebag.

Thing about Cowboy fan is he will be an obnoxious douchepistol every week....every season. At least we got a break from Ninerfan from '04-'11, which kinda makes them even bigger douches actually.

What pisses me off with Stafford is he's got a top 10 arm but not a top 10 brain. The sidearm stuff gets on my nerves but he's capable of gutting out wins like he did on Sunday. At worst, he's in the top half of the league because there's a lot of bad QBs in this league. We all know how much Calvin makes difference for him...you can teach any mediocre QB to overthrow him because he'll climb the ladder. You like seeing throws like the Durham throw on that last drive. He's not capable of striping the ball like what Rodgers was doing against the Vikings...the "earhole throws" as Collinsworth called them. He's good enough to help them get back to the playoffs but I don't see him winning a playoff road game because this team isn't going to win a division as long as Rodgers is playing.
