If that fat fuck smoked a bunch of crack after he was drunk, hooking him up to a heart monitor and BP cuff while he was hitting off the deke would be interesting.
Set the baseline, and then bet has to how much crack he could hit before cardiac arrest. When he goes down, you can damn sure bet it will be the big one.

My college tennis coach was a round glutton just like Mayor 'Tard, and this exact sort of thing would happen to him sometimes when he would try to make a quick athletic move.
The grotesque upper body would flow one direction and he'd be twirled right down into the ground
