Here come the Cowboys

The scene yesterday in New Jersey will repeat itself in February- Dallas victorious.

Romo always plays well at MetLife just as he did yesterday with another clutch 4th quarter drive to win the game. He also has the 3rd highest rating among active QBs in the 4th quarter. And this was without Murray who is coming back soon. Dallas is deep at running back anyway so no biggee. GOod job going away from the Cover 2 yesterday as this D is getting it together to make a run. Look at how the schedule shapes up for Big D:

Oakland this Thursday= automatic win
at Chicago= easy win because Bears are depleted.
Green Bay= automatic win
at Washington = automatic win
Philadelphia= should be a big game. It's in Dallas though and the Eagles are nothing to worry about. It's a win.

that's 11-5 and a HELL of a way to finish out the year. Looks like they'd have to host a wild card game against maybe the Panthers which would be a tussle. Right now I'm just pointing out that once January breaks, Dallas WILL be the hottest team going into the playoffs and that's what matters more than seedings. They are going to roll the rest of this schedule and from there we'll see how it shapes up. I'm not buying the Saints either, and Seattle has issues. Neither will be as confident as the Cowboys going into the postseason.

Actually, I will back up Felix with that with another $25. You're calling a sweep here Jerkoff, and I say it isn't happening. Going to man up and back up your call?

The Panthers would strait up murder the cowgirls. And so would the Saints.

one down, four to go.

Three TDs for Murray and another dominant game for Romo.

Eagles have a tough one at home against the Cards ...if they lose, it gives Dallas more breathing room in the East.

Like with all things that YAFJ can't back up, he simply chooses to ignore them. As the Raider/Cowboy game is over with, it kind of makes the bets invalid. But I still say that the Cowgirls won't run the table, not a fucking chance. So as far as I'm concerned, my bet is still a go, so long as pussy boy Jerkoff mans up to accept it and the others.

Ignoring the challenge is a an admission of fear and failure. If you don't want to take the bets, just say so, don't hide and deflect. Grow a sack and back up your statements Nostradumbass.

Nobody has ever made monetary bets here...but suddenly I have no choice but to do it. :meds: You're just upset that you got your ass humiliated in October and you're overcompensating by rallying the troops here. Dallas is winning the next four and making a run in the playoffs.

And I think there have been other monetary bets that other people have done.

Yes, there have been many bets made in here over the years.

YAFJ is talking out his @ss, which is all he ever does.

It's trolling -- and I have no idea who anyone takes his posts seriously.

It's pro wrestling level theater, is all.

Felix was first, then me and KC Scott and Mikey. We all called you out on your "prediction" and asked you to put your money where your bullshit was. You could have easily said o k or nope. Instead, you said nothing. Just waited for the Cowgirls to win that first easily winnable game against the Raiders, then you piped up. If Oakland had won that game, we all know your reaction would have been to not post again. Trolling or not, you're a fraud. And since you have accepted the bets, albeit sarcastically, the onus is now on you.
You're just upset that you got your ass humiliated in October and you're overcompensating by rallying the troops here. Dallas is winning the next four and making a run in the playoffs.
Again, wrong. There was no humiliation, just a loss that I accepted as simple fact and moved on. Gave props to the Red Sox and showed respect. Unlike you. Dallas is losing at least one or two of those next four games. When it happens, man up and pay up.

But of course we already know that won't happen. Gutless little punks never own up to a loss. They just slink away with their piss dribbled tails tucked between their legs.

Here's some tissue for your mess in advance.

You're welcome.

My reading of the YAFJ’s post was that he was being sarcastic about having to take the bet, not that he was sarcastically accepting the bet. I don’t believe he thinks he accepted your bets. I don’t think he accepted them either. Which does nothing to mitigate his weasel-factor, of course.

Oh trust me Goobs, I got that. My sarcasm was just more subtle. Even if the cretin actually did accept the wagers, he would never pay off. Weasel is as weasel does and all that. I just want to watch the little rodent squirm once his precious team of over-paid losers goes down in flames.

Right.

As we all know, the hallmark of this Dallas Cowboy football team is consistency. Week in, week out, they show up and bring their A game.

At the moment I can't remember who it was with or what it was about, I think it may have been with mvscal and I don't think it involved sports, perhaps the outcome of an election. It was for $100 and it went to some charity, again I don't exactly remember now but I believe it may have been to the Alzheimer Association.
Correct. The bet was on the outcome of the California recall election of Gray Davis back in '03.

there have been more bets in this forum than the number of biblical passages poptart has quoted......

I've probably made at least 15 bets in this forum alone......

Good thing for me there was no OAK/KC bettin' this season.

With KC's hot start, I think I would have had to get checks in the mail by about week 7. :)

Pains me, but I gotta root for the Cowsluts tonight. The NFC North is a total cripple fight, and the Liedowns will benefit greatly from a Bears loss.

Romo still had 3 TDs it wasn't his fault it was the Defense and Demarco whored the Bears last night. Cowboys aren't getting the bye anyway but they have the inside track at the division since they host that Philly game in Week 17.

Packers are toast, then the Redskins, then the Philly Game. I'll take 10-6 and hosting the wild card game.

uh you said it was an easy win over the Bears......I know why you weren't willing to make the bets, because you didn't believe any of that horseshit you were slinging.....

the Packers aren't going to be an easy win whether Rogers is there or not......the Redskins, they're a disfunctional mess right now so dallas might be able to squeek out a win.....the Eagles, much better team with Foles under center and they're not going to be an easy team to beat......the Cowboys are a lot like San Diego in that they always show promise, but then find a way to fuck the dog.....

Aaron Rodgers is playing next week against that shit defense.
By the time the Eagles
Play the cowgirls, they will be 2 games up.

He he he. Denial ain't a river in Egypt Jerkoff, but you're swimming in it just the same. To reflect what Felix said, it's no wonder you were too gutless to back up your bullshit by accepting those bets. You KNEW the Cowbitches were going to lose at least one of those games, and now it looks like they'll lose at least two more. The only game that looks winnable for your squad of chokers is the Deadskins. If Rodgers is indeed back, no way Dallas will win. And the Eagles are a better team than Dallas, so no love for the lone star punks there.

Nice job on the part of Romo with all of those 104 yards. :meds: By contrast, McCown had 348 yards and 4 touchdowns, so saying they were "whored" isn't just an exaggeration, it's an outright lie. Pull your clueless head out of your ass YAFJ. Own up to the loss and accept that your precious team just isn't that good. Life is much better with a clear view of the road ahead, not the shit spraying into your eyes from your own behind.

While Murray piled up a bunch of yards, if you're looking to lay blame beyond that laughable defense, Murray was a huge part of the loss.

I lost count of how many blitzes he failed to do anything about... looked like a Pop Warner player out there. There were multiple 3rd downs that had no chance with his matador/Lawrence Phillips style of picking up the blitz. Good with the ball, one sorry excuse for an NFL RB without it.
