We do know what the State Attorney shared with us. There was multiple male DNA samples present on her person and collected by the rape kit. He also said multiple people were present at the time the sex occurred and all were interviewed. He also shared her BAC of .04 which doesn't support her story of 5 shots in quick succession about two hours prior and no trace of any drugs in her system.

The woman claimed she felt like she was drugged or drunk and that is why she has memory gaps. She claimed to have been so out of it that she wasn't in control of herself. This is relevant because her blood work didn't support her claim at all. No drugs were slipped into her drink or food and she was legal to drive a car. I don't have to be a toxicology professional because the state made their professionals report public.
