I also don't have a problem with Obungle sharing a laff with other world leaders. Hell, they could have been reliving a light moment about Mandela. The selfie could have been taken before the ceremony or after for all we know.

The one thing that JSC, Felix, Mikey and others need to ask themselves, is how would they have reacted had it been Bush doing exactly the same things. We know how the media would have reacted. Dude would have been skewered. If they are honest with themselves they likely would have said or thought something very similar to Dins.
