Big Ten in bowls

Post by MgoBlue-LightSpecial »

This is not a commentary of the conference as a whole, but of each team individually.

Michigan State: If someone's going to carry the post-season torch, it's best the Rose Bowl winner does it.

Nebraska: Thanks for keeping Pelini around for one more year.

Ohio State: That d is Charmin sooooooffffffffft. Urbz seems like he's both a savior and a problem.

Wisconsin: 47.7 yards per carry is great, but doesn't mean much when you can't execute in any other facet of the game.

Iowa: Awwwwww. You guys are just adorable. Good job, good effort.

Michigan: I was going to give you a free pass for playing a backup quarterback, but dude was a clear upgrade at that position and you still got taint-molested by a team with a head coach who's 103 years old and still more likely to live longer than Brady Hoke.

Minnesota: Really...Syracuse? Closest thing to a lock for the B1G and you still lost. That is why you're Minnesota. Don't fret, at least toolio held you in high regard.

Penn State: Raping kids has one benefit. We don't have to see you lose to the 8th best team in the ACC.

Not a bad year, I would judge it on the top teams...MSU, OSU, wisc.....State had the season of your life, Ohio St. Was exposed the last three games, Wisconsin is Wisconsin. What sub .500 teams do in the obscure bowls means less than the extra practice time. Nice win by Nebraska over a team from the grinder though.
