I either don’t recall this…or never knew about it. Interesting how they repainted and hid the car ‘til GM agreed not to destroy the last one assembled.

It was the transition year to the new style, which was late, and problem-plagued. They kinda went back to the drawing board, and released the '84 early (which was also a POS with the Crossfire injection).
