First weekend observations
The A-10 is gonna fuck everyone up. You just watch.
One of these years I'd like Kalamazoo Tech to stay in a NCAA tournament game longer than Gobbles McTubesteak lasts in bed--longer than five minutes.
I saw a hot Oregon cheerleader who happened to have all her teeth. There must have been some mistake.
Mick Cronin has teams that suck down the stretch. Looks like Dayton is going to have the carry the prison plantation known as Ohio.

Well, you're down to Dayton and St. Louis. And they only have to go through Syracuse and Louisville to advance. Good luck with that.Screw_Michigan wrote:The A-10 is gonna fuck everyone up. You just watch.
My observations:
- The vast majority of these games are completely unwatchable. 78 fouls in the Gonzaga/Okie State game. Seventy-eight! Jerkoffs like Jay Bilas politicked for these "points of emphasis" for years in terms of contact, and he got his way. Now what we have are all these incredible athletes parked at the line shooting free throws all game long. Something shutyomouth could do while eating a drumstick at the same time. The ironic thing is, these "points of emphasis" were put in place to make the game less physical, but in a way, the game has become more physical because dribblers just drive right into defenders on every single possession knowing they'll get a whistle. There is no flow to any of these games. It's sad for the game and boring to watch. Also, the games are running too long. Am I still watching? Yes. Partly because I'm a hypocrite, but also because my team is still alive. If MSU bounces out, my interest will likely go way down.
- Duke sucks.

RACK Dayton!
That was an intense game, very entertaining and a must watch.

A-10! A-10! A-10!
The pod system is such bullshit. Why on earth can Wisky and Syracuse get de facto home games but teams like SD State and Marquette (when they make it) and Gtown (same) can't play "at home" because they regularly play those arenas? SD ST can't play in San Diego because its home area is hosting a regional....
At least there is justice with SU and Wisky losing in these de facto home games.

No surprise to see that Woebegone is a classless team, defined by some guy wearing full sleeves.
Dins, your thoughts?

Re: First weekend observations
Wonder if UConn surviving the first weekend will bring UCunt back?
Not that anyone missed him.

Re: First weekend observations
Well, still no UCunt?
I guess we can go ahead and assume he is either dead or has been permanently run by poptart.
Go huskies!!!

Re: First weekend observations
ucant left on his own accord, probably had better ways to use/waste his time. But dude was and no doubt still is a class act whom the JAFFL trusted with our league prize money for several years and will again if he decides to return.
