I only wish I was as cool as Lenny Dawson but pretty sure I've had a Fresca or two. Also fairly sure that was a Lucky Strike he was puffing on.

After his football career be became the sports anchor/director for the local ABC affiliate, a job he held with aplomb for 40 years, recently stepping down. Many folks probably also remember his stint with HBO's ground breaking Inside The NFL.

Lenny was/is a class act.

You better save the visual 'tart.
