Until the Castro government is overthrown or the Castros allow their ballplayers to freely travel, these things will happen. People will wring their hands, but there is nothing MLB can do about it. Puig is not a criminal. He's here as a refugee who has been granted asylum. Still, it is one hell of a story. And maybe he'll get capped some day.
