I just found a way for you to upgrade your living accommodations while lowering your rent.

The St Regis in the District has rooms available at a prepaid rate of $30 per day. This is tax inclusive, so your monthly rent would be $900 per. Granted this rate is for Nov of 2015 and beyond, and you will have to front the cash now, but where else are you going to find a place 2 blocks from the White House with all bills paid for $900. Best of all laundry isn't included so you can still hang out at the local laundry-mat.

This rate won't last so I suggest you act quickly.

This would be a pretty cheap way to get SPG Platinum status. SPG isn't a bad backup chain either.

It would be pretty sweet to live at the St. Regis for a year. It's like the Fairmont in West End, but by the White House instead.

I don't know if this rate would be available year round, but he'll even if was just for the winter months that still wouldn't suck!

I'm sure that room is no bigger than a mop closet.
