There are multiple cases of conservative groups being targeted, Lois Lerner admitted it, yet she would not cooperate with investigation into it.
Hence, she was held in contempt of Congress.

If you've done no wrong, as she claimed, you could simply answer questions under oath.
She would not.
As a supposed servant of the people, we deserve to have her answer.

This is the head of the IRS we are talking about.
