Left Seat 311..go around...not kidding

A simple glance out the window by the right seater of the A340 and that close call never happens.
Nice job by the guys in the 767. Power up, nose up, fly the plane!
The pax prolly wondered what the hell, but all in a days work. I wonder if the controller or flight crew was at fault? Regardless some blame goes to the A340 crew for not looking outside the cockpit.
