I would like to see another chart which shows how many arrests local law enforcement doesn't make because they don't want to jeopardize their team's success.

I could be mistaken (couldn't find exact numbers), but I think Tennessee has more arrests than the entire PAC12.

I could be mistaken (too lazy to look for exact numbers), but I think Tennessee has more arrests than the entire Big 14.

Kirk Ferentz has quietly been running a penitentiary in Iowa City over the last few years. It goes largely unnoticed because nobody cares about Iowa football.
