Texas fan KNOWS Shannon would be kicked off the team not just suspended. As for Mixon's case, if the video the DA has shows him punching the girl, Texas fan knows he would be dismissed as well.

I am all for due process, but if after the investigation of sexual assault or physical violence towards a woman, the schools feel a suspension is warranted, these kids need to kicked off the team forever.

This just in, Texas has a new coach, who has very firm standards.

Ask Montrel Meander and Kendall Sanders. Meander banged some co-ed and it was consensual. Sanders shows up and goes in to the room when Meander was finished and rapes the girl and takes a video. Sanders is gone and should end up in prison for what he did. Meander was kicked off because he didn't stop it.

Charlie has 5 rules. 1 of the 5 is you treat women with respect. They didn't and they are gone.

Looks like Mixon is gonna get lucky. No felony.

The Norman police said if it had been two men or even not a high profile case they wouldn't have even pressed charges . . . Sounds like he got real "lucky."
