We hit the Tom Petty / Steve Winwood show in Portland last night. Excellent shows. This is Steve doing Mr Fantasy.

Encore was American Girl. He started playing at 8:50 pm and it was over about 11:15. Very good show. The usual good people watching, the guys behind us smoking some horrrrrible smelling ditch weed.



Our local single A team the Hillsboro Hops. Great game, they lost by one, but good performances. Note the cell towers on top of the roof structure.



Gracie scowling at the dude in front of me who was running some smack at him. I advised him you best not run smack at ex Major Leaguers when there is only a 2 foot concrete wall separating you, and Gracie was not one to flip shit at.

Nice. Makes me want to play some TP & the HBs along with Winwood/Traffic tomorrow night.

The new Petty album, Hypnotic Eye is great. Just some good Tom Petty rip it down rock and roll. They played about 3 cuts off it last night.
