The guy that replaced him was pretty damn good and wasn't the problem.

He had no business in college. He could barely spell his name and there is a reason he is where he is now. It wouldn't have mattered for him if he had gone to Houston. He was going to washout. Texas might have another trophy but that's it.

And that's not sour grapes. VY only beat OU once and was pretty much a nonfactor in two of the games and the third you could basically say he was one of our best players. Dusty Dvorcek basically built his legend in Oklahoma beating kids on barstools and Vince Young.

Why do QBs have win loss records? Left tackles, free safeties and fullbacks don't have them. It is a team sport, who cares what an individual has done. Does anyone put any stock into the win loss record of the Browns QB? They shouldn't because the pieces all blow goats.

Same reason a shortstop or center fielder doesn't have a won loss record.

Won loss record is basically like batting average. Tells you something, but not the whole story.

It doesn't tell you anything at all.
