Took my boys to eat at some little hole in wall pizza joint with a t.v. from 1993. It looked odd.
Anyhoo, I looked up and was kind of giggly, football!! But I couldn't figure out if it was some high school jamboree or maybe a bright indoor league or something with orange field and what turned out to be E. Michigan in a uniform that looked like it was straight from a We Must Protect This House commercial.
Good to have football around the corner, but good football is still around the corner (see you next week)

those were halcyon beer drinking football days a decade ago. all expectation and blue sky afternoons.

high school jamboree. heh.

oh well, one more week. feels like the summer heat has broken here in Colorado, so change the seasons. cool air in the early mornings through the windows.
