So, I was walking around and came up on this big-ass tower.

Went up under it to get out of the rain.

Looked up through the middle of it.

Rode an elevator to the very top of it.

Saw a big pool with a bunch of water cannons shooting from one end of it.

Saw another big-ass structure nearby.

Went and took a picture of it, but didn't go up top like all those other people did. Too much rain for me.

Deal with it.

Actually, the area around the tower is infested with ethnic street vendors selling crap and playing the cup and ball game.

Pretty much.

No regard for lane striping or pedestrian crosswalks.

Mainly the cab drivers, though.
