God dammit, Goobs. I was honestly pulling for Wiscy. Leave it to yankees to fuck up a free lunch. :meds:
Yes. 9 or 10 IPA's will do that. I'm just surprised the game was that close, you know, with the Tigahs being so loaded.

Fucking Wisky. They can scour the infertile recruiting lands of Wisconsin to find NFL running backs and linemen, but can't find a guy who can throw a forward pass. If Stave plays that game, they probably win. All they needed was to move the chains a couple times on 3rd down.

BTW, Leonard Fournette:

8 carries for 18 yards at a 2.3 average. FIRE UP THE SEPTEMBER HEISMAN CAMPAIGN!!!

Jesus, MAC teams play more difficult schedules.

There was no ball-sucking in that post. More like ball-bashing. Like Jsc810Teams said, Wisky looked like the better team for most of the game but LSU played better when it mattered most and got the W, so props to them.

Not really, I just watched the game and that was my take away from it. This board's biggest SEC homer seems to agree so that should tell you something.

I'm saving my ball-sucking for next week.

Two conferences seem to be asserting themselves of late. And I think both their champs will be in the playoff, regardless of records. Going to be tough to justify keeping either one out.

There isn't much to ball-suck about. The Big Ten isn't very good. I don't think the other AQ conferences are head and shoulders better though. I think they're all pretty much constructed the same way -- Two to three good teams at the top, six to seven middling squads that take turns beating up on each other, and your bottom-feeders.

First of all, props to LSU. They made the plays they had to when they had to.

Honeymoon's over. Coach Andersen's gonna take some heat for that game and rightfully so. I was pretty nervous when the word came out that McEvoy was starting. He might have been a nice change of pace. But once LSU saw that he wasn't a threat throwing the ball, they packed the box and shut down Wisky's run game.

Injuries to the two biggest and most experienced D-linemen, as well as Melvin Gordon, didn't help. But this loss is all on the coaches. They should have given Stave a series in the first half at the very least, and definitely put him in once they fell behind. And the fake punt was classic Les Miles. No excuse for the special teams coach not being prepared for that, and that play was the difference in the game. No way LSU comes back if the Badgers stuff that play.

And to those who criticize Wisky's schedule, I pointed that out a while ago. The problem is not the OOC, it's the BiG portion of the schedule. I'm pretty sure Alvarez didn't have anything to do with that. Fuck you know who.
