OTOH, though, we have the conspiracy bunch out there suggesting that Ruth Buzzy Ginsberg is lookin' to hang it up soon, and who better to fill her sachet shoes than the highest lawman in the land? Werd also has it that our very own Claire-bear from Missouri has the inside track for the now-vacant AG job. Be that the case, a lame-duck Senate will most likely get to confirm both choices come December. Stay tuned....

But not out of the question. Even if the GOPhers DO take the Senate in November, Harry Reid will still preside over any December vote before the new Senate takes office next January. I don't disagree with your take on Holder.... But it COULD happen.
