I saw that yesterday.

They said something about how in terms of total area, the Oregon fanbase covers the largest area (albeit in some of the most sparsely populated parts of the country).

Although the methodology was about worthless, IMO.

I agree. No way there are more FSU fans than Bama where I live, no way.

I laughed.

Where do you live again ?

It's always funny when Kansas City goes with intelligence smack on anyone.

Remember... I know more about your kin folk than anyone on this board that does not live in IKYABWAI.

Let me help you out here with a better representation of the College Football fan-base.

I really hate to burst your bubble . . . wait, no I don't.

That map there you posted, it originated from a series of articles/blogs on Bleacher Report. Its source data was obtained by asking 50,352 (exactly) people in a social media forum. 8,914 people responded. Fewer than the first article I posted.

You want to know how I know that is the case? Because I was a contributing writer for the series and I helped obtain and analyze the data.

Kind of cool to see my source material cited on my own board . . . unfortunately it was done by the biggest idiot on the forum.

I'm also a voter in the national college football poll they sponsor. There are 128 of us who have been vetted and are evenly spread across the country with no repeat fans of teams.

Toolio's map looks rrrrreaaalllly scientific. The state of MI is way off base.

try and find a place in Colorado that is higher than about 35% Buff. Compared to other states which are well above 80% home state schools.

even Boulder/Denver zips are rarely above 25%.

some zips in southern CO, CO Springs for example, CU isn't even in the top 3. Nebraska, UT, OU...

tough sledding at home for CU, as Mike and I have been saying for years.

Indiana looks like fun. lotta instate factions.

So when someone posts an opinion opposite of your own, and in response, you post a picture of a crying toddler, that indicates that I’m shallow?

Weapons. Grade. Moron.
