Me and a friend bought a whole beef tenderloin for $30 the other day.

Seemed like quite a deal, and was pretty fuggin good.

Yeah, pork butt is one of the last good deals available. I've been getting fresh pork belly between 3 and 4 fifty a pound lately and it is stupidly easy to make your own bacon.
