Since I'm the first one here, I wanted to rack the Giants.
They should have the NL West locked up this year.
Late.

Go Petco!
Haven't quite got used to that one.
Neither have the Padres, hope they move the fences in this season.

You're right. Actually you could have deleted my posts over there too though. We could have went back & forth.
I'm sure you guys will have it under controll though.
Props man! Enjoy the forum. This sordid clambake is running sweet.

You guys were spoilers to the Giants though last year. If we could have played better vs. SD, we would have made the playoffs.
With the improved defense and bullpen help, SF should take the west this year. We're the most improved team in the west to date.
I've been to the old 'Murph / The "Q" before, but I'd like to make it to Petco, hopefully this season to check the place out.

Always thought that the new place looks pretty cool with the building making up the foul pole. Just sayin'.

always thought it rather odd that the padres hitters hated their home park. You'd think they would have hired architects who would have at least made it something the home team could get used to and feel comfortable with eventually.
I think the Pads will still be the only team in the division that will give the Giants a run. Dodgerfan has got to be grippin hard about ther shitty off season moves, and I don't see AZ being a threat this year.
The G's made some great moves this off season. With the ages of some of these guys, Healthy players will be the deciding issue this year for sure.
That and Schmidt. He's gotta have a solid, injury free year.
