So, see if I have this part right:

LSU is 6-2, with losses to #1 MSU, and #3 Auburn. Ole Miss is 6-2, with losses to Auburn, and... LSU.

So Ole Miss is 5 spots higher than LSU -- makes sense.

One of the many problems with polls. Take the classic A beats B, who beats C, who beats A. How do you go about ranking them?
