I'm going to withhold judgement on this. After reading the dailymail story I was struck by the woman's quote: "Bill's sexual prowess" among others. It sounds like a bodice ripping Harlequin romance novel missing only references to "his turgid manhood standing proudly at the sight of her womanly charms." It comes off as being a fanciful story as told by-- what does she do now? Oh yeah, she's an artistic impressionist. Whatever that is.

As for multiple women coming forward and also claiming rape, maybe, maybe not. People being the imperfect beings they are, it wouldn't surprise meone whit to find out Cosby has a sordid past. But then again, these women could just as easily have ulterior motives for these claims. Or perhaps it was a combination of the two.
