I don't see Greg McElroy on any rosters.

How's AJ doing?

Let's be honest, both your schools suck at producing NFL QBs.

Hey, it's not necessarily a bad thing. It means you have good coaches who can get the most out of your mediocre talent at that position.

I guess the flip side of that would be Cal and aTm. Two conf titles between them in the last 20 years despite all that NFL talent.

There's only one Duck QB on an NFL roster this season -- Kellen Clemens.

AND HE COMPLETED A PASS!!! WOOHOO!!!!

The reason that's cool, is because he was the only hope to keep the streak going, which is now 66 consecutive years with a Duck completing a pass in the NFL.

The record is 67 years, held by ND.

And the biggest passing game ever in the NFL... Quack Quack.

I love quirky stats like this.

MSU's last three consecutive multi-year starters at QB have all started games in the NFL (Drew Stanton, Brian Hoyer, Kirk Cousins). Nick Foles was also in the program before transferring to Arizona. Connor Cook could keep that streak alive as he is getting first round grades, but will likely be back for his senior season.

3 QBs who played for NC State won games on the same day as starters this season: Mike Gennon, Philip Rivers, and Russell Wilson. Probably been done before, but I found that one interesting.

What's weird is Bama has a glut of Elite 11 QBS now, but they don't set foot on the field.
Hmmm.......

I count 5. One of which is FSU cast off Coker.

Isn't that 6 less than what you said?

Bammers have trouble overcounting.

Especially MNCs.

Elite 11 is a prep QB competition put on by ESPN. It goes back prolly a decade.

He isn't saying they have 11 elite QBs on the roster, rather they have a few QBs who were on the Elite 11 roster.

Go back and look at the names on the list over the years and a great number of them aren't drafted. A bunch of them played for more than one college. Just goes to show that recruiting is very hit or miss.
