You up for some kind of wager? And since the Quack Attack are favored by 8.5 points, I should get at least some, right?

Let's keep it friendly, cool?

We've got a while to negotiate.

I find it odd that Oregon hasn't ever played FSU or Bama. I realize it's a long trip for the visitor, but you'd think over the decades, it would have happened.

BTW -- pretty awesome we have at least one fan of each of the CFP teams here.

Also BTW -- 8.5 seems like an awful lot.

Sure, Oregon started to play a modicum of D as the season went on, but the teams seem more evenly matched than 8.5.

How about 0.5?

BTW -- I don't remember the exact numbers, but it was something like Mariota was responsible for more offensive TDs that all but like 15 teams.

The Angel vs the Devil at QB... great storyline.

Phil Knight sure is enjoying this initial CFP for multiple reasons.

A small detail, but most OSU fans are salivating at the above uniforms as they include the gray block sleeve stripes that were iconic back in the Woody days and the early Tressel years (namely when he won the NC in '02). In 2006, Tressel paid homage to the Earle Bruce (i.e. Cris Carter) era by changing to a slimmer sleeve stripe that matched that of the helmet, a detail that has continued to this day.

Also included above are the black uni numbers on the shoulder pad / sleeve, which is a tribute to the 1968 national championship team. Hope nobody tells the Bama players what that implies or they shall have immediate bulletin board material. :)

Is there anything lamer than throwing down a wager thread and... asking for points? Christ man, have some balls.

While FSU may be the scabdickiest team in college football, they still haven't lost a game in two years, and they still have a QB who can elude a defense better than he can the Tallahassee Police Department.

You gotta go straight up or not at all.
