Well, no shit Hawaii has the highest homeless rate. For one, homes there are very expensive, 3th, It's fukking hawaii, it is somewhere between 78-87 degrees outside, every fukking day. Who would pay extra to be inside. Given the choice of homeless in hawaii and homed in crapchester in january, I will go with homeless.
