That was DPI on OSU on that last 3rd down attempt by Oregon. Umpire might have blocked out the Back Judge from seeing it though. Can't call what you don't see.

The covering official on that would be the BJ. I ran it back a few times and I think he was completely screened. He can't anticipate it. If the ball was thrown a second earlier or later I think the flag is thrown.
