every year we have a 3 on 3 tournament here in Boise that's become really popular called Bam Jam....it's a qualifier for the national three on three tournament and you'd be amazed at how many white boys can seriously dunk.....there was a kid last year from California that couldn't have been anymore than about 6'2" but that kid could sky like nothing I've ever seen.....really amazing stuff

Used to be able to, but pretty much a standard white guy dunk. The type that looked like a lower percentage shot than a layup.
