No, this isn't about me. You have to watch this video of a woman, stopped in the middle of the freeway passed out. I don't know how to post the video here, but this is worth watching. This CHP officer deserves a raise for what he did.
http://www.10news.com/news/woman-found- ... way-032715
SAN DIEGO - A woman found passed out in her car on Interstate 805 early Friday morning was arrested on suspicion of drunken driving.
The 10News Breaking News Tracker came upon a black Chrysler Sebring blocking a lane on northbound I-805 near Clairemont Mesa Boulevard at about 1 a.m. The woman, identified as 25-year-old Amber Dlaine McKinney Morgan, was discovered passed out at the wheel as the car's engine was running with the windows closed and doors locked.
California Highway Patrol officers arrived at the scene, and when one officer knocked on her window, the woman woke up but took her foot off the brake, causing the car to roll away.
The officer ran around to the passenger side window and smashed it. He entered the car and put on the emergency brake to keep the car from rolling further.
Emergency crews blocked off several lanes to keep other vehicles from hitting the stopped car or the CHP officers.
10News learned officers found a large bottle of alcohol and other drinks inside Morgan's car.
Morgan was booked into jail and her bail was set at $2,50

Really?
It's not a test of BAC, it's an IQ/mechanical reasoning test.
Seen this game played a bunch of times. And the company that installed the device invariably has a relative in the state legislature... funny how cash crops work.

How would I know? The video starts with her when she is parked. Do you have any evidence that says she was dangerous? Or are you just blowing smoke like usual?

Apparently your reading comprehension is at its usual crappy level. Allow me to direct your attention to the following portion of the article:
And then the car started rolling, with the woman still out cold. Flores jumped into action -- chasing the car and trying to bust out a window with his flashlight. After a few swings, he succeeded, and was able to get inside and throw the gear shift into park.
So she wasn't even actually parked. Still think this driver wasn't a lethal threat to people?

"Park or parking" shall mean the standing of a vehicle, whether occupied or not, otherwise than temporarily for the purpose of and while actually engaged in loading or unloading merchandise or passengers.
It doesn't have be IN park for you to be parked you stupid silly fuck.

Except when the unconscious driver couldn't keep her foot on the pedal, thus negating that whole "parked" technicality.

Yes when the cop woke her up the car rolled fwd. What's your point?
Re: Bottle of vodka

That she wasn't in control of the vehicle, nor was she parked.
That is the point.
Being unconscious, the foot could have slipped at any time, thus making her a danger, as well as drunk.
That is the point.
Do you need another?

When approached by the officer her car was standing on the freeway. Spin it however you want but she was either parked, moving or stopped, at least according to california law. As far as being in control of her vehicle, if parking in the freeway was her goal she was absolutely in control of her vechicle. Again, what point are you trying to make?

MS, I'm not trying to argue about this, the facts are obvious and without dispute.
Here is the reported story:
SAN DIEGO -- A woman believed to be drunk passed out at the wheel on Interstate 805 early Friday morning and not even a CHP officer banging on her window could wake her up.
The woman, later identified as 25-year-old Amber Dlaine McKinney Morgan, was dead stopped in the middle of I-805 northbound in the Kearny Mesa area.
10News Breaking Newstracker Paul Anderegg stopped to see what was going on and called 911. While waiting for a response, he ran out and tried to awaken the driver when there was a break in traffic.
But the woman was oblivious.
This woman was so plastered, she didn't even wake up right away when the office "banged" on her window. She was oblivious to her environment, unconscious. She had no business driving, let alone being on a freeway, where last I checked, you only "parked" during a breakdown or an accident. Not to sleep one off. As the car was in gear, this exacerbates the point of the problem, of not being parked, no matter how you want to spin it. And spinning you are.
You and I both know she wasn't trying to safely park. So please just stop with your unjustified defense here.
Not working.

Hold up counselor, pump those brakes a moment. You've been vacillating here. First you said, "How is that not dangerous? She is parked on the lanes of a freeway." agreeing that her act was dangerous. Then you asked, "Do you have any evidence that says she was dangerous? Or are you just blowing smoke like usual?" What? Really Moving Sale? First her act is dangerous, which you acknowledge, then you ask for evidence thereof. So what is your point here?
You seem to be caught up on the definition of what "parked" represents. The very fact that she was stopped on a freeway, unconscious from being drunk, has her vehicle in drive with the only thing keeping her from moving forward is her foot on the brake. While she is unconscious. Her foot could have slipped at any moment, thankfully it didn't. Whether she intentionally parked there or not isn't even relevant, as she clearly had no awareness of her surroundings. It's amazing this wench didn't kill anybody.
So again MS, what point are you trying to make? That the car was stopped, which can be defined as parked?
Whoopee. So what?
You again shift backwards by saying, "She was parked on freeway which is freaking dangerous. Full stop."
So once again, it's dangerous. Make up your mind. Do I think she was in full control of her vehicle when she was stopped? As she shifted her foot when the officer roused her, moving her vehicle forward as she fuzzed back to awareness, then clearly that answer is no. There is no way you can justify it otherwise.
I'm still waiting for your point, any point.

When I said "do you have any evidence she was dangerous" I was talking to Diego about before she parked. Hope that clears that up.
She was parked on a freeway which is dangerous and should be arrested for such and goobs is a yellow tard. That is all that had been established so far in this thread.
