Ephesians 2:1-2
And you (believers in Christ) hath he quickened (made alive), who were dead in trespasses and sins;
Wherein in time past ye walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience:

You have left God, have sinned, have surely died (Genesis 2:17), and are being led around by satan.

You gravitate toward many things in effort to please your soul, or even have a sense of spirituality.
Drinking, porn, gambling, an ideology, education, "goodness," religion, sports, hobbies...
But in your state, it is not possible for you to meet God.

The anxiety and suffering will only increase.
Undoubtedly.

Your present problem
- Separation from God
- sin and death
- satan

God promised Christ would come and resolve this.
The Old Testament informs us exactly Who He would be, and what He would do.
The New Testament informs us that this Christ has surely come, done all that was promised, and fully resolved our present problem.
In fact, our past problems, present problem, and future problems.

Separation from God, no more. John 14:6
Sin and death, no more. Romans 8:2
Satan, no more. 1 John 3:8

It is finished

- Jesus Christ

Milton puts his foot up your ass, so you have a "crisis of faith" and run here to hid behind momma's apron?

Too funny.

Milt (and other Jews) like to talk about the Old Testament, but when Jesus came, He said this to the Jews...

John 5:39
Search the scriptures (OT); for in them ye think ye have eternal life: and they are they which testify of me.

The entire OT is talking about Jesus Christ -- and how He is the ultimate, final, and complete sacrifice and salvation.

Genesis 3:15
Isaiah 7:14

It is endless, but on one note, the OT (prophecy of multiple authors) gave the narrow and exact family line that the Messiah would come through.

Jesus came exactly through that line.
That alone is phenomenal evidence that He is the promised One.

If the Jews are waiting on the Messiah, they are -----> LOST.

Undoubtedly.

Milt better come to his senses and get in the game before it's too late.

Seriously.

Heart talk.
