Tried and true: When you're in over your head and realize your season's over two weeks in, take it out on the press.

When you're too much of a lazy and classless asshole to tell someone in a timely fashion he got sent down and instead got beat by a reporter who just happened to put 2 + 2 together because he saw the prospect on his flight, well, you'll have poptart cheering you on.

Hey now! It's the press's duty to sit on information like a starting player not being with the team for a whole week, right? Last thing you want to do is give the other team a competitive advantage. You know, because the opposing team can't look across the field into the other fucking dugout.

I think a lot of that lies on the GM's shoulders as well. I can't blame skip too much, his team sucks, season's over already and the Titanic is being captained by a clueless GM. I hope he's been saving his money.
