jeezus he has that 50 yard stare that looks like he just mainlined about twice as much heroin as is typically needed......

I remember his interview on Howard Stern way back about his time in jail. He talked about rolling up a face cloth around a rubber glove, then lubing it up with whatever lube was available.

One of the least shocking deaths in rock history. As good a band as STP was, Wieland's greatest accomplishment was living to 48 with his drug habit. Was expecting him to punt out 10 years ago.
