Pretty much every one of these young mass-shooters has fallen into the trap of the big-pharma (second biggest lobby after Big Oil) sanctioned "just dope him up" mantra.

ALL OF THEM. (Albeit the jury is still out on this one.)

And think about it -- it's a tiny fraction of the doped-up-kids (I was one as a child, but not like the crazy shit they have now). So, for every kid that picks a gun and does such a horrible thing, how many others are feeling the same unbearable pain, but don't resort to such an extreme outlet?

Our doctors, pharmas, government, and VOTERS!!!!! are failing on a huge scale.

I won't go so far to say "it's not his fault," but let's be real -- there were a whole buncha accomplices/enablers along the way. And it's time for them to stop. When your bring up a doped up child, on HEAVY drugs, WTF did you think was going to happen?
